It&#8217;s owned by a Belgian guy and it is a wonderful little oasis in the heart of the city.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProud, genteel Sucre is Bolivia\u2019s most beautiful city, and the symbolic heart of the nation. It was here that independence was proclaimed, and while La Paz is now the seat of government and treasury, Sucre is recognized in the constitution as the nation\u2019s capital.
